This tamper has a great feel - we think it has the perfect weight (260grams/0.573 pounds) and balance. The tamper is made from stainless steel with an alloy core to achieve our desired weight & balance.
The handle has been ergonomically designed to be able to be used all day and create no stress on the user.
The base has been desgned to be mildly convex to match most modern espresso machines.
All equipment is shipped new. We have used these coffee tampers with great success in our homes and in our Barista Basics Coffee Academy (www.baristabasics.com.au).
